What this form collects

Your name, email, phone number, social profiles, approximate follower count, location, preferred outlet, content interests, portfolio and any introduction you provide. For rebate claims, we also collect your selected plan, order number, food amount paid, receipt and content links, and rebate processing records. Do not include delivery addresses in shared receipts. Campaign tags in the page link may be recorded to understand which recruitment ads bring applications.

How your information is used

La Juiceria’s marketing team and Digital Seed use this information to review creator applications, contact you about suitable collaborations, and coordinate briefs, visits and content delivery. An application does not guarantee selection or compensation.

Storage and access

Applications are stored in a dedicated database hosted on Railway. The management dashboard requires team sign-in. We do not publish your application or contact details. Essential session cookies protect forms and team sign-in; this site does not currently load advertising pixels.

Analytics screenshots

Instagram Insights screenshots are processed on this server using OCR to read performance metrics. Extracted numbers, reporting periods and team corrections appear in a private analytics sheet and may be exported by authorised admins. OCR can make mistakes; the team reviews readings before confirming them. Screenshots are not sent to an external AI provider. Upload only relevant Insights screens and crop out unrelated personal information.

Updates and removal

To update your information, withdraw your application or request removal of your record, contact info@lajuiceria.com using the email address you submitted. Details are retained for creator programme management until removal is requested or the team determines they are no longer needed.

Approved creator accounts and payouts

Approved creators may use a private account to provide bank account details, IC copies, draft content, analytics and supporting documents. La Juiceria’s authorised marketing team uses this information to verify identity, review collaborations and arrange rebates. Payment receipts and review feedback are available in your account. Bank details and uploaded files are encrypted at rest and are not included in the contacts CSV export.

Submit only documents needed for your collaboration. Contact the team at info@lajuiceria.com to request access, correction or deletion. Documents are retained for collaboration and payout administration until the team handles a retention or deletion request; automatic deletion is not currently enabled. Do not share activation links or your password.
